That is why our Rural Legal Guidance Service was bornan initiative designed to bring legal advice closer to all rural populations, guaranteeing that their citizens and activities have the information, guidance, and defense of rights they deserve.
Our mission is to offer in-person, regular, and accessible servicethat responds effectively to the legal needs of the rural environment and contributes to the consolidation and sustainable development of the territory. We understand the particular challenges these communities face, and we work actively to reduce the barriers that hinder their access to justice.
We founded Compass Iure for one reason: legal services have not changed in decades, and we knew that rural populations deserve the services of legal professionals.
Like David defeating Goliath, we set out to challenge the old ways of offering the services of lawyers and legal operators so that the defense of the interests of rural citizens and economic activities would be more accessible and within everyone's reach.
Our approach is a team of lawyers traveling regularly and periodically to rural populations to offer legal guidance and assistance if needed.
Our service prices represent savings for any activity or citizen; we travel, we offer answers and solutions. While it is not free, it is certainly more economical than going to a conventional law firm (agenda, time, travel, consultation fees, etc.), and because we are convinced that it won't be the only time you need to go to the office, we are the ones that come to you.
Since we collaborate with different professionals and legal operators, we are a comprehensive service, keeping our operating fees low and offering our clients the monitoring of their objectives, facilitating in a simple way the need for legal professionals. Highly dynamic and personalized, we attend to the legal needs of the territory in 27 municipalities of the Baix Camp region; however, our ambition is to extend to all of Catalonia and, why not, to all of Spain.
